“What a secret hidden gem, nestled under the Westbury White Horse hills — such a lovely rural location. We were warmly welcomed by owners Patrick and Mag, who could not do enough to make our stay comfortable; nothing was too much trouble. We've travelled to many campsites but Country View is very special: a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and we met several campers who are regular visitors. The site is clean and very well equipped. We stayed in the spacious Lodge, which has a small enclosed garden — perfect for our dogs and for enjoying the beautiful countryside views. You can cook for yourself or be treated to meals in their Goat cafe, from breakfast to evening meals. There's a well-equipped bar too, board games, a free pool table, a bouncy castle and a great play park for the children. We returned home feeling relaxed and spoilt, and we'll definitely be returning!”
